Arsenal have their top four hopes a huge boost after picking up a stunning 4-2 win over Chelsea at Stamford Bridge

We may be in the thick of a Premier League title chase, but don’t dismiss the possibility of finishing in the top four.

Tottenham Hotspur appeared to be in command of the Champions League qualification slots a few weeks ago, but the table tonight will make for more interesting reading for the opposite side of north London.

Eddie Nketiah had his second Premier League start of the season tonight, and he made the most of it.

The Gunners were given to an abundance of what they had been missing from their 22-year-old marksman in west London, as Nketiah gave Malang Sarr and Andreas Christensen difficulties with his persistent dashing into attacking gaps.
His two goals may be classified as ‘poacher’s efforts,’ as he pounced onto Christensen’s weak back-pass to slot past Edouard Mendy for the first before causing havoc at the back for the hosts again, allowing him to poke home his second.

The Gunners and Spurs are currently neck and neck for fourth place, with the latter barely ahead on goal difference.

Mikel Arteta would not have expected Tottenham to lose at Brighton on Saturday, but Antonio Conte would not have expected Arsenal to win at Stamford Bridge.

The Blues may have to start looking over their shoulders as that five-point lead no longer appears to be as secure as it once was.
